About me

My account Glorygirl is an interiors account documenting colourful home interiors mixed with neutrals in our Art Deco Edwardian home. Previously I worked for many years in Property Management and have had my own property portfolio. Over the years I learned how to stage a property to market it for sale and have worked with several clients staging their properties to rent or buy. As a trained florist, flowers feature heavily in my styling whether in wreaths, arrangements or bouquets. I adore Tablescapes and my previous career as a Cake Maker involved baking and styling cakes for weddings and events. I am also a keen artist, gardener and DIY enthusiast. My husband Paul is wonderful at making my ideas come to life. My style is described as period style as I love wooden furniture and original features, with a Scandi and colourful influence.
