The closure flaps are also lined in cotton fabric & filled with interfacing, to give a good strength, so they are not flimsy. This enables the wearer to be confident of their reliability. The pillow stops the seatbelt pressing down on the site of surgery & gives more comfort whilst wearing a seatbelt. Takes the pressure off a wound. Also perfect for long journeys Pretty dainty pink roses & rose buds with leaves plus tiny bows on a pink, blue or ivory background. The seatbelt pillows are made using high quality Rose & Hubble 100% cotton fabric. Rose & Hubble are renowned for their high grade fabric & excellent prints & this is no exception - Lovely & smooth to the touch. The pillow is generously filled with super soft teddy bear filling (polyester hollowfibre) the filling has been carded & is full of bounce. The filling complies with British fire safety regulations. The pillow has the correct 2 flap closure which are sewn securely with a hook & loop fastening. The closure flaps wrap tightly around the seatbelt, so you can be confident it doesn't move to the side whilst using it. Measurements:- Small 6.5 inches x 4 inches (16.5cm x 10cm) - Port pillow. Large 11 inches x 5.25 inches (28cm x 13cm) - Perfect for cushioning the site of surgery & gives much more area coverage. Please bear in mind with any seatbelt pillow or in fact anything that attaches to a seatbelt that there may be slight movement, as the seatbelt will move with movement of the body....
