ORDERING: in the box that says Add your personalization, please put the name with desired capitalization you would like on your sign. Our sizes are measured from the left to right. The height will vary depending on the font & the word chosen. The number of letters does not change pricing. We just scale the lettering to fit the chosen size. Note that the swashes on the beginning & end of the name may change depending on the letter & if you want a capital letter or lowercase letters. See the charts in the listing pictures for guidance. We offer 4 sizes with the largest being the most popular for hanging above a crib. Within 1-2 days of receiving your order, we'll send you an Etsy message containing a proof. Once an order is placed, the customer has 48 hours to make any changes. If the customer purchases RUSH shipping, any changes need to be made by the end of the day after the order is placed. No problem, just send us a message. HOW IT'S MADE: Lettering is cut from 1/2 birch plywood using a CNC router which creates a clean & consistent cut. Each piece is sanded on front & back before being painted to your color choice. If you would like a distressed finish, we sand the paint to create this rustic look. To get this option, mention it in the Notes box at check-out. WALL HANGING: Our key hole hanging option is a ready-to-hang system & includes all the hardware you need for mounting to wood or drywall. Key hole slots are cut in the back of the word & screws are included. This hanging method is sturdy & invisible. All you will need is a Phillips-head screwdriver. Select this option in the dropdown menu on the left before adding to your cart. If you order one of the smaller sizes & you want a longer word with a lot of letters, there is a possibility that we won't be able to fit key holes on the back of the lettering. If this is the case, we will let you know & refund the cost of key holes. Thank you for understanding. Our standard option does not include hanging hardware. Some good methods for hanging are: Command Strips, glue, or small nails in the open spaces of the letters.
