Ordering unfinished raw wood pews for a discounted price is also an option, for the ultimate DIYers. :) About our pews: Traditional Style pews are designed to have the classic pew style & charm, inspired from an antique church pew heirloom. Our pew seats are slightly slanted to allow for a comfortable sitting. The straight backs slightly angled for this same reason. Our pews are constructed of knotty pine. Almost all of our materials have slight character flaws to include knots, subtle splits, & worm holes etc. This selection of wood is intentional as it adds character. We do not wish to offer a cookie cutter product. This way, even when using the same template over & over, we are able to give each customer a truly unique product. For the price, our pews truly are an incredible value that will last a lifetime. If you have interest in using prime pine (limited knots & imperfections), or a hardwood, we would be happy to discuss your options. We do increase price for wood upgrades. Often times, this will make the price jump up quite a bit. Assembly/Delivery/Shipping: All pews come disassembled in four/five pieces; the back, the seat, two ends, & middle support brace (if your pew is long enough to require one).
