Q1. Feather & Black has a beautiful catalogue of bedroom furniture, to those who are not familiar with the brand please tell us more about Feather & Black...
Feather & Black offers everything you need for your bedroom; from the statement items such as beds, wardrobes and accompanying furniture, to mattresses, bedding, and beautiful linens. We work hard to create items to the highest standards combining hand-crafted quality with timeless style, using natural materials. We are confident in our products and offer our customers additional reassurance as testimony to that, such as up to 10 years guarantee on selected mattresses, and a 100-night mattress trial.
Q2. The style of your products is fabulous and totally to my taste, tell me about some of your best-selling products…
Our style is timeless, and that’s proven by some of our best-selling designs being market leaders for over a decade. The Weathered Oak collection is hands down our hero range and it’s easy to see why; the sturdy construction, high quality natural materials and beautiful neutral accent details make for a wonderful product which will stand the test of time, trend after trend.
Aside from our bed frames, it’s wonderful to see the popularity of the rest of our furniture range. The Sienna weathered oak armchair makes for the ideal occasional chair throughout the home. We’re also especially proud of our mattress collection. Our customers know they can trust us to provide the highest quality products for the best night’s sleep. The Mylor pillow top mattress is a firm favourite!

Q4. I can see that you collect customer reviews, what is the most common thing that your customers say when speaking about Feather & Black?
Our customers speak very highly of us, and we are rated ‘Excellent’ by our customers on Trust Pilot too! We pride ourselves on the product experience that our customers receive, with many reviews commenting on the quality of the product, and how easy it is to assemble. We also offer a delivery service with assembly included, which also gets great reviews. It’s important for us to offer the whole package, and all our staff are passionate about the brand and what we do – from the customer service both in-store and over the phone, to the delivery crew. It fills our hearts with joy to have this dedication recognised by our customers.
Q5. What does the next 12 months look like for Feather & Black?
We have our SS23 collection launching soon, with new beds and furniture joining our existing product range, as well as an exciting mattress collection launching in partnership with British mattress manufacturers Harrison Spinks; ‘Feather & Black by Harrison Spinks’.
We’re also expanding our retail footprint over the coming year, too, with more store launches in the pipeline!
