£250 to spend with John Lewis T&Cs

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the Instagram giveaway for a £250 e-gift card to spend with John Lewis hosted by Claire Appleton (the Organiser) in collaboration with ufurnish.com (the Collaborator). By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Organiser, Collaborator, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the organisation shall not be permitted to enter the Giveaway.

3. Giveaway period
The Giveaway will run from 6:00am Thursday, December 18th 2025, to 11:59pm Thursday, January 1st 2026.

4. How to enter
Participants must follow ufurnish.com (@ufurnishcom) and Claire Appleton (@making_a_home) on Instagram.
Participants must like the post connected to the competition.
Participants must tag a friend in the comments.
Multiple entries are allowed; however, each comment must tag a different friend.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

5. Prize
The prize for the Giveaway is a £250 e-gift card for John Lewis.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the Giveaway closing date by ufurnish.com (@ufurnishcom)
The winner must respond within 7 days of receiving the notification to claim their Prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Organiser and Collaborator reserve the right to withdraw the Prize and pick a replacement winner.

7. Prize Fulfillment
The Prize will be arranged directly with the winner and emailed to their chosen email address.
The Organiser and Collaborator are not responsible for any error in the email address provided or for any expenses related to the acceptance or use of our Prize.
ITV is not responsible for the administration of this promotion or the fulfilment of any prizes

8. Publicity
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the use of their Instagram handle, name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

9. General Conditions
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical failures.
The Organiser is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Giveaway.
In the event of a dispute, the Organiser's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Data Protection
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current [applicable data protection laws] and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.

11. Governing Law
These T&Cs will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom., and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
