This painting shows my depiction of a scene from the 2005 Pride & Prejudice when Elizabeth has travelled to the north for a holiday with her aunt & uncle. It's a moment that shows the boldness, wildness & 'untameness' of Lizzy. She is reflecting whilst being immersed in nature, something that is woven into the fabric of her. I loved this moment in the film & wanted to bring it to life.
