Built from specified timber components and supplied with pre-cut parts, it’s intended to make installation more straightforward while delivering a clean, structured finish. The kit includes engineered uprights and structural timbers for the rafters and braces, alongside grooved, green treated decking boards. A spacer block is supplied to help maintain correct spacing during installation, and the balustrades arrive pre-assembled for fitting as part of the build. Sweep the decking regularly and wash every few months using mild soap and water with a soft-bristle brush. Inspect at least once a year for loose fasteners or cracked boards, tightening or replacing as needed. Apply a wood sealant or stain every 1–3 years; if water sprinkled on the boards absorbs quickly, re-sealing is recommended.
