Slow Day At Market - Just because these garlic bulbs grew bigger than usual, I don't know why people look at them funny. Slow Day At Market features amber eyes, concrete drenched fibers, collar made from seeds, & a pot for carrying materials to market! Piece number 6 in Going to Market Series. The hanger on the back makes it easy to hang on a building tree or inside your home or office wherever she gives you inspiration. Every concrete face is hand sculpted by Barbara Liss in the Montana Bliss Artworks studio. After the sculpting is complete, the piece is wrapped to slow cure for up to 30 days to prevent cracking. Midway through the cure process the piece is unwrapped to finish the edges & surface. Then it is wrapped again to finish the cure process. When the cure is finished the hanger is added which takes 2 days for glue to properly cure to hold the wait of the piece. It is then photographed to be presented to you. May be used outside in a protected area.
