Quilling or paper filigree is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, & glued together to create decorative designs. The decoration is double sealed (front & back) with a non-toxic paper sealer that acts like a glue , sealer & finish. The sealer makes the decoration very strong ,protects it ( will not fade or gather oils from the air) & gives it a shiny ,glossy look. Dimensions: approximately 10 x 10 in (27 cm x 27 cm ).
