This outstanding wallhanging is made out of Pennsylvania Maple Burl. Obtained from a store damaged tree. It is titled Corona #2 & is part of an ongoing series that was inspired by study of the Sun's Corona sphere. It is pre-hung with eye hooks & wire on the back. It has my name, the year it was created (2006), the title of the piece & the word Spiritwolf. Family legend has that this was a long ago ancestor's surname & is place on all my sculptural pieces as a way to pay homage to my ancestors. You will receive the exact piece of art pictured. Size: 24 x12 x2 All woods can have natural cracks & voids & these are not considered defects. It was hand sculpted on my lathe by me. Like any natural wood product, it should not be placed in direct sunlight for long periods. Think how beautiful this will look in your home or office.
