The pillow insert is not included but can be purchased at any craft, fabric, or discount store The finished size of the pillow cover will be approximatively 40 x 40 cm. (16 x 16) This pillow cover was handmade in my smoke & pet free home. I will ship within two days after purchase. Not manufactured !
