Boujaad or boujad moroccan rug is woven at the edge of the Middle Atlas mountains, & made of naturel virgin wool, often decorated with colored materials such as vegetable dye. This moroccan berber rug has a geometric pattern in different degrees of dull colors (blue degrees, black to charcoal degrees, light red to light coral, light yellow to light green, beige to yellow beige ...). This moroccan rug is new , handwoven by a berber woman from boujaad region . Soft underfoot & medium to high pile. It's washed. & they have an irregular shape. -Our rugs are already weaved & are the same in the photos. Durable carpet thanks to incredible skills of the weaver. in very good conditions. Because the rugs are new they may shed & it's completely normal & will stop within a couple of weeks. For cleaning, we recommend a regular vacuum cleaning, we highly recommend dry clean ( we don't recommend steam cleaning, because the hot steam could cause some damages on the wool). From time to time, you can expose the rug to direct sunlight in a sunny day.
