She is cast in resin & colored with a hand-blended sage green mica pigment with rich, abundant gold sparkles. Her silver-tone belt carries a rose quartz gemstone bead representing love & compassion, a purple gemstone bead for healing, protection, & spiritual connection, & a silver-tone lotus flower charm. Green Tara is often depicted as holding a lotus, which symbolizes one's ability to grow from murky water into something beautiful, powerful, & healing. Green Tara is said to protect during times of darkness and, like the night-blooming lotus flower, to encourage us to bring our own beauty up & out into the world. She is dynamic, fierce, vigorous, & generative. Green Tara is a goddess of action & creation, while her sister, White Tara, is a goddess of stillness & peace.
