United States Air Force Wall Plaque

United States Air Force plaque. This image is the OLD image of the US Air Force & has NOT been used since May 2004. The wall plaque is 11.5 in diameter & is crafted from a combination of 1/8 & 1/4 cabinet-grade Baltic birch wood. The front is laser cut, hand sanded & the middle ring is stained with a custom blend of golden oak & mahogany. Each piece is then mounted on the 1/4 back that is painted blue. The outter ring is glued directly to the back. The middle ring is then attached to the back using 1/8 spacers & finally the inner insignia is attached using 1/4 spacers. The spacers give the plaque a 3-D effect. The completed piece is then finished in several coats of crystal clear enamel for a professional look. United States Air Force Wall Plaque
