Fairy Tale Art Quilt Wall Hanging Little Girls Decor Hand Painted Frog Prince FREE SHIPPING Art quilt wall hanging, the title of this quilt is Proceed with Caution. It's a tongue in cheek warning to young girls & their choice of mates. I wrote the poem (read below) that is printed on the banner in the center of the bottom border. This is a whole cloth quilt painted with Setasilk fabric paints on 100% cotton. It measures 68 x 57. Take a close look at the outside border, it is cut in the shape of mushrooms & is embellished with crystals & beads & the moss is punch embroidery (last photo). The free motion quilting was done on my home machine. Wonderful art for a little girls room or nursery. Won an honorable mention award at the APWQ show in 2011 Was accepted to The Road to California show 2012 Was accepted to the AQS show in Paducah, KY. 2012 Won first place in it's division LaConner Quilt Festival 2012 Was accepted to the AQS show in Lancaster, PA. 2013 Won second place in the HMQS in Salt Lake City, UT 2013 Won Best Surface Design at the MQX show in Portland, Or. 2013 PROCEED WITH CAUTION Young maidens who choose to kiss frogs, thinking one may turn into a prince, with castle so fine & dining divine, expectations not easily met, & kisses I fear she'll regret. for more likely will be, the house... just a tree & dinner ...not great...just bugs on her plate.
