Handwoven cotton rug. On Sale - trying to make room for new rugs! measures 48 x 75 (4' x 6' 3) Sale is on stock rug only. A made to order rug this size is $228 The weft is hand dyed cotton. The colors of the weft are Santa Fe red, peach, denim, maize & light sage. The warp is cotton, natural ivory. This rug contains yarn that is hand dyed in my studio & woven with care on a four shaft loom to create a beautiful rug which is reversible. The weft yarn is a bulky natural cotton that has been washed before & after dying to remove oils & and burs. Due to the nature of the cotton, some burs remain. You maybe thinking...gee wiz, this rug would be perfect if it had a different color. Well, don't fret, White Wave Originals does commissioned work.
