Hand Quilted Trout Wall Hanging, Rustic Cabin Decor

This quilted fish wall hanging would be perfect in any rustic or sportsman decor - & the ultimate piece for a man cave. It measures 11 1/2 across by 11 1/2 long. The main trout figures in the center panel have outline quilting & straight & wavy lines enhance the border. The center panel is surrounding by fabrics in shades of brown, beige, black, & blue to match the colors of the trout. The binding is black double fold bias tape which adds zip to the overall effect of the piece. The binding was sewn to the front by machine & hand stitched to the back. The backing is classical off white muslin & the inner layer is cotton batting which gives some loft to the wall hanging but keeps it lightweight. A horizontal sleeve for the insertion of a hanging rod or dowel has been added to the top of the back of this little quilt. This pictured quilted wall hanging is ready to ship but I might also be able to make a similar custom one for you, depending on the availability of appropriate fabrics.
