Rocking Board For Coordination Training

Meister Lampe now also offers a wooden sports equipment. It is a rocking board with which you can do coordination training. You stand on the board & have to keep your balance. The board rocks back & forth, & if you place the wooden roller underneath, it rocks left & right. Standing on the board is a very complex exercise that engages the lower leg muscles. Once you've mastered standing, you can then do squats or juggling to further train your balance & body & mind. The board features the Power Triathlon logo branded on it. When you purchase a board, 10 is donated to the TSV 1880 Gera-Zwtzen Triathlon Department. So, with your purchase, you're supporting another sports club.
