This rug is approximately 2ft x 3 ft with hand-dyed accents. The rugs are made with a felt platform & then rug yarn, (alpaca fiber spun around a cotton core) are laid out into the oval pattern. The rug is then sent thru a needle-felting machine to ensure the rug yarn is securely attached to the felt platform backing. This process makes this rug extremely durable, The all natural fibers will withstand the common household uses., Easy to clean with just a wet soapy sponge. Grown in the United States. Made in the United States. I have these rugs made from my alpacas. Raising these animals is the most peaceful thing I could add into my life.
