Ceramic House Sculpture, Mediterranean Decor, Unique Housewarming Gift

This unique house is made with mixed clay so it looks like an old building. I love looking at old buildings, find their individual character & make up a story of who might live in them. I added a small charm of good luck & keeping out the 'evil eye' which is so popular in the Mediterranean countries. A small dove is watching out from the roof, another symbol of our surroundings. This one is inspired by the old city of Akko, where there are ancient buildings, painted with many colors & walking through the streets, it feels as walking in an old movie! There's so much history inside of its small stone houses. I walk in the narrow streets & imagine the crusaders march through, I look at the great wall around the old part of the city & think of Napoleon D'Bonaparte try to concur it (and fails). I see the fisherman & know their ancestors were here before them, struggling with the sea during summer & winter. The city was neglected for some years & now it is starting to bloom & all it's beauty comes out as a wonderful surprise peeps out of a treasury box!
