I make all the sculptural details by hand. I see each pet for the first time & can catch the eye to completely different characteristics than you. Please tell me important details about your pet in the DM. Make sure once again that you have provided all the necessary details before I start to work. If you do not add a description, I will analyze the photos & choose details for my vision. If you are not a pet owner, please no worries! If there is at least one good photo of the face this may be enough. I have a lot of experience & will be able to make a fairly accurate portrait similar to this photo. OW TO ADD PHOTOS You can upload up to 7 photos in the personalization section when placing your order. If you don't have 7 photos or all the needed angles of your pet, don't worry simply reuse the photos you already have in the remaining slots. You can also send me additional photos & information through Etsy direct messages, email or create a folder with photos on google drive. ONCE THE PRODUCT WILL BE READY TO SHIP I will send detailed photos to confirm or edit the mug before sending the parcel to you. IF YOU HAVE ANY COmmENTS about inaccuracies in the product, I will try to make the necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, in this case, it will usually take extra time, & I will change the date of sending the product to eliminate inaccuracies. I CAN CHANGE inaccuracies in the color shade, add some markings or change some details that look inaccurate. I CANNOT CHANGE details I didn't know before. For example, if the pet has a feature that has not been reported & is not clearly visible in the photo. However, if the error occurred due to my inattention to your description (and this may also be because I am just a human after all), I will remake the jar first in the shortest possible time. IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL. Unfortunately, sometimes repainting or eliminating inaccuracies does not give the desired effect, & you are still not happy with the result. Etsy policy does not allow you to return a customized product. However, I always try to meet the buyer & accept the cancellation before sending the product. in this case, I will make a partial refund to your account minus 20% of the cost of the product. IF THERE IS NO ANSWER. I always expect a buyer's reply before shipping. I wait either until the last day allowed to be sent, or at least a week if I extend this date.
