Size & Color Variations: 1. The thickness of the rug is 5-7 mm We Accept Custom orders for Size, Color, & Design. & size can vary a little bit due to the handmade process. 2. Packing: The Rugs are sent in a folded manner, & due to the folding manner packing the rug can be bulging out slightly in the middle. But you can make a roll of the rug & lay it after one day. it will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. it will be properly flat. Return Policy: We accept the return only in the case of damaged or wrong products only. If the buyer wants to exchange the product or size of the rug then the buyer will be the responsible to pay the return shipping charges & also the shipping charge for the new product. NOTE: - A little bit difference of in color & size will be not a wrong or damaged product.
