Handmade Large White Stoneware Planter, Minimal Carved Design

This is a large ceramic planter . Hand built stoneware flower pot , its classic shape is decorated with large, yet minimal drawings that are carved into the surface. The transparent glaze is almost white & crackled, the decorative details are in a subtle shade of light brown & don't stand out too much, but add warmth to the vessel. The planter has a drainage hole. The inside of the vessel is bare, unglazed, but the clay is vitrified by the heat.
