Microwave: Heat on a plate at 600 watts for max. 1 minute. Important: The plate must be clean & rotate freely. Tip: Place a cup of water next to the grains to prevent them from burning. Warming it on a radiator or tiled stove is also possible. The pillow should not touch anything in the appliance. Carefully check with your hand whether it has reached the desired temperature. Shake the pillow to distribute the heat evenly. Tip: Pack in an airtight bag & freeze/refrigerate.
