Please note All of our candles are individually hand poured in our studio using sustainable soy blend wax & cotton wicks. Imperfections & slight color variation may be present however we embrace these as unique characteristics of each piece. Soy wax candles shall not be deformed due to its soft nature, & is not intended for candle holders with spike. Candles are made to order so please allow up to 3-5 business days for dispatch (excluding shipping times). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy & safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.
