Cork fabric is made of high quality cork shavings removed from the bark of the cork oak tree & transformed into thin sheets that are laminated to a backing support. It's earth-friendly, 100% natural, renewable, recyclable & biodegradable. Burel is a 100% wool craft fabric manufactured following long lasting traditions. It is made of woven felted wool that comes from a mountainous Portuguese region, Serra da Estrela, & is used by mountain people & shepherds. It's similar to felt, but more rustic, while more fluffy & soft.
