For lovers of bucolic atmospheres! Liberty's flower & strawberry pattern will bring softness & cheerfulness to your home. This cozy cushion with floral fabric will be perfect for brightening up a sofa or decorating a child's room. It was handmade from 100% cotton Liberty fabric, the 2 geometric shapes are made of linen & were dyed with vegetable dyes by myself. The back of the cushion is in plain beige linen/cotton. The dyes were made by hand with a vegetable dye: - the red & pink colors are obtained from Dyer's Madder (Rubia tinctorum L.) 2 purchasing options are available for these items: - either the cushion cover alone - either the cushion cover + the inner cushion filling also made by me The geometric patterns were hand embroidered. Machine wash at 30o - delicate cycle - with liquid detergent (preferably Marseille soap, no powder detergent with whitening agents, no bleach, no chlorine, no fabric softener); I recommend putting the cover on the right side in a pillowcase closed with a drawstring. By hand in lukewarm water with Marseille soap, brush very lightly, but do not leave to soak in the water for too long. - drying: do not tumble dry, do not dry in direct sunlight but rather indoors. - possibility of purchasing the inner cushion filling corresponding to the dimensions of this cover (composition of the fabric of the inner cushion cover: 100% cotton - composition of the padding: polyester & cotton fibers from the recycling of production scraps; washable & treated against dust mites). This item is a unique handmade piece; irregularities related to this practice may highlight their authentic & natural character. The vegetable dye itself remains vibrant & delicate, it changes significantly over time. For your information, there are no post-dyeing treatments (e.g. fixative, etc.), everything remains natural; the color may patina slightly over time. in direct sunlight for a long period it will fade.
