The Spotted Eagle ray has many different names such as White Spotted Eagle Rays & Painted Rays. Measuring at 6 meters long (including the tail) & having a wingspan of 3 meters it's shocking how large these beautiful creatures are. Sometimes confused with being a Manta ray, these spotted Eagle Rays do indeed have a sting. These stings are not fatal to humans but would definitely hurt quite a bit, they're quite peaceful but they do use their stinger when attacked.
