This unique solid bronze sculpture depicts three flowers, the largest of which is separate. The sculpture is smooth finished & the bronze is dark brown with green patinated. The heart of the flowers is bronze colour. The image is glossy polished with wax. The figurine is 9 cm.(3.7'). long, 9 cm (3.7'). wide & 12cm. (4.9')cm. high. The weight is 0.623kg. (1.4 lb.) This is one of the first figurines that I made. You can certainly find a nice spot for this sculpture. Or maybe do you know anyone to whom you would like to give it as a gift Making a bronze sculpture is a lot of work. I first make a wax form, you can use all kinds of materials, as long as it can burn. I like to use materials from nature. You make a mold around the wax form, which is a very precise work. Then the mold goes in the oven at very high temperature for a long time. After cleaning, the mold can be filled with red hot liquid bronze. After that, it's still a lot of work to work to top it off. I have done this process, except pouring, myself a few times already, but now I have found a professional bronze caster who is casting my sculptures.
