Hearth Stool/Milking

The perfect seating for keeping warm in front of the fire - whether thats a nice summer bonfire after a BBQ, or a wood-burner warming the house on a winters evening. These stools are also excellent additional seating, & the slightly dished top doesn't preclude them from being used as a side table - just the right size for a mug of tea & a biscuit! These stools are turned on the lathe & the dark components have been scorched black with a blowtorch. The legs go through the seat (which is slightly dished for comfort) & are securely held in place with a wooden wedge, with the shape of the legs inspired by the form of baseball bats. If you would like any scorching to be done, please let me know what combinations of scorching you would like on your Dining Stool - from any of the legs to the underside or top of seat.
