The patchwork is made entirely of 100% cotton prints. Free-motion quilting fills the background & dark brown veins accent the leaves. I used cotton batting & muslin to line the quilted front. The back of the sham is a striped cotton blend upholstery remnant in coordinating colors. The pillow opens with a zipper on the back.
