ORDERING: Please leave a note during check out with the baby's name (upto 15 letters) to be embroidered in the NOTES TO SELLER section. The first letter of the name will be capital letter. All orders take 1-2 weeks to complete from purchase date. This does not include shipping time. Because the blankets are personalized & custom made, orders are non refundable & non-exhangeable. THEREFORE PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK SPELLING IS CORRECT. The only exception to this is if a mistake is made by me, when I will either refund or remake the order. SHIPPING Shipping is done with DHL Express which usually delivers the item to you within 2 weeks depending on the location. Once it is shipped , you will be provided with a tracking number. Please ensure someone is at the address to collect the parcel. Please also give your telephone number in the NOTES TO SELLER section so that you can be contacted by DHL for faster delivery. If you are out when delivery is attempted , they will take it to the local sorting office where you can collect or re-arrange delivery. They only hold parcels for 1 week before returning to the sender. If a personalized item gets returned, the buyer will be responsible for paying return P&P costs. No refund can be given for the reason on personalized item. Buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes/levies that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. PAYMENT OPTIONS Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information. RETURNS & EXCHANGES We hope that you will be completey happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a flaw, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt & include a photo of the flawed area. We will send you a shipping label to send it back yo us. We will then produce & re-send a new item within 10 business days. If we cannot fix the error or mistake within your time frame, we will happily refund your payment once the item has been returned to us.
