This item is handmade , in our furnace in Venice, & to make it we need the customer's sample, to be sure to be faithful to the original size & colors, begin that blown glass , & not a product made by a mold, there is a tolerance of 10% in the measures. The customer's sample can be broken, we attached the broken pieces with a special glue to rebuilt the original dimension of the item.
