She is 5 tall so could be an ornament or just hang out. She has a wire at the top of her head to hang her by. She is dressed in green with a glittery bra. My mermaids are designed by me & are One of a Kind. They come signed & can live indoors or outdoors on a patio & will last for 10-20 years. I have had mermaids on my central Ca patio for 20 years.
