Description

This is a hand shaped ceramic rabbit couple. I shaped it in my hand without mold. That is why it is different & unique. I used white stoneware clay for this one which is one of my favourite clays. It looks very beautiful with like these blazing colors. Each item is made one by one at hand with much love & care. The making of ceramic has many stages. First clay gets its form, the object is let to dry a few days, then burrs are retouched & it goes into the kiln. It is fired at 1000 degree Celcius (1900 Fahrenheit). After first firing it is ready to glaze. After the glaze has dried it is fired again at 1040 degree Celcius (1920 Fahrenheit). After 19 hours of firing & cooling, it is ready.
