Upon request, we can also produce items without the logo. Materials: - Gypsum reinforced with mineral additives - for smooth surface items. - Concrete - for textured surface finishes. The front side of each item (the side without the logo) is intended for use & display. Most of our molds, especially cubic or cylindrical shapes, are hollow inside & not fully filled. It is the buyer's responsibility to request all details about a specific item before placing an order. Texture & finish: small air holes, pores, slight shade variations, or minor surface irregularities are normal for this material. These are not defects & cannot be a reason for compensation or refund. Colors, Photos & Sets Listing photos are illustrative only & do not represent the default order color. You choose your color from our palette. Some photos may be retouched or show a custom-made color. Color tones may appear differently depending on your device screen. If a set is offered, a full-set purchase includes 1 piece of each item in that set. If we cannot obtain your color instructions in time, we reserve the right to produce the order in white or randomly distribute selected shades across the set. Order Accuracy & Shipping Please provide accurate details (color, size, address, phone number) at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address provided in your Etsy order. Buyer mistakes (wrong color/size/address or missing details) cannot be refunded once the order has been shipped. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we will assist in tracking your parcel. Express shipping fees are paid by the buyer. If your item arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier. We are happy to assist in contacting the shipping service. You may also check your parcel upon delivery. Customs Duties & Import Fees All taxes, duties, & import fees are the buyer's responsibility. The seller cannot estimate these charges. If the buyer refuses or is unable to pay import fees, no refund will be issued. If a parcel is returned to us for non-payment, we may dispose of it without refund.
