Beeswax Celebration Candles - Sustainably Harvested, Fits Grimm's Rings

These hand-rendered beeswax candles are the perfect fit for your next celebration. Available in boxes of 10, our celebration tapers are completely natural, unscented, & additive-free. Each candle is about 4.5 tall & .5 in diameter. They will fit Grimm's celebration rings & many wood ring inset cups. Organic cotton wicking offers a clean, slow burn that will last through your Waldorf readings. Our wax is sustainably harvested & processed on our farm in Michigan. If you have any questions about our bees our how our hives are managed, we'd be happy to answer them. About Beeswax Colors & Bloom Most pure beeswax candles will develop some degree of bloom. Please see the photos for an example of color differences & bloom. Natural beeswax is colored by the diet & environment of each individual beehive. The bright yellow beeswax we think of is not alway true beeswax. Although beeswax can be that color, it ranges from a pale yellow to darker gold & occasionally even green. These candles range from a bright pastel yellow to dark golden olive & vary between batches. Bloom is a frosted coating that only 100% pure beeswax develops as it ages. Bloom time depends on processing time. Wax that is allowed to cool slowly at natural temperatures develops bloom faster than wax cooled mechanically or that is refrigerated. The longer cooling point gives the lower melting point components time to move outward to the surface before it hardens. That surface is bloom. Our wax is harvested outside & cools outside. No electricity is involved in the process. This means that bloom development can happen fairly quickly. It's the natural process & we tend to like the look here. If you would like to remove bloom, the wax can be wiped with a damp cloth. Ornament Credit All ornaments pictured are from our personal collection.
