Upcycled Glass Candle - Sage Scent

Scented soy wax candle in a cut green glass wine bottle. The scent is 'Sage' - herbal, soothing, & with a hint of citrus. Perfect for desks, reading nooks, & gifts! I am a graphic designer & I'm obsessed with reusing & recycling. I started this project because my apartment complex does not recycle glass. When the bottles & jars started piling up between trips to the recycling center, I started thinking of ideas of how to use them & voila! The idea for well-designed, upcycled candles was born. The glass is sourced from mine, my friends & my family's usage (can you recognize what brands we like?) I cut the bottles, pour the candles, & attach the labels all by hand. The labels are made from junk mail that I have recycled into new paper. Any small imperfections are due to the handmade quality of the candle & are part of the upcycled experience!
