You have the option of the jute burlap, Poly Burlap on both sides or Canvas Duck on both sides. The Burlap covers are lined & all 3 have a hidden zipper at the bottom. The cover is made to fit a 12x16 insert which is not included. This is not a transfer it is printed directly onto the fabric.
