A sensory, handmade wooden toy for young children, supporting sensory development, tactile sensitivity, & containing natural fillings. A set of panels with various fillings attached with epoxy resin. Healthy children, through the use of sensory panels, develop their fine motor skills & motor coordination, while also stimulating their senses. For children with sensory integration disorders, sensory aids (sensors) are a permanent & effective part of therapy. Through play, the child attempts to address the problem of poor response to touch & movement difficulties. With their help, the child practices responding to information flowing to the brain & develops eye-hand coordination. By repeating the game, we periodically provide the senses & nerve endings with constant stimulation & specific stimuli (rough, soft, rough, cold, prickly), which allows the brain to integrate various systems & stimulate them, creating further connections.
