This beautifully printed design of birds & flowerheads trailing a central fruit tree was inspired by a version of the Kelmscott Manor bed hangings crafted for Melsetter House in Scotland. Now translated into a print this new design by Morris & Co. has been painted to create a fresco effect that represents the colourways of the Orkney landscape. Each portiere will be lovingly handcrafted just for you & you won't be disappointed. Printed onto a quality 53% Linen 35% Cotton 12% Nylon. Lined with plain designer plush velvet for a grand feel. The printed linen on the front & plain velvet on the back makes this a good weight curtain. Pick your length & width from the drop down menu. If you would like a rod pocket instead, let us know your rod diameter before ordering. The width of each single portiere panel will be approx 52 wide. This will fit to / around & between a standard size door & frame of up to 36, giving a traditional arts & crafts loose gather.
