Dimensions Medium Pillar Candle: 170 x 68 mm Burning time Medium Pillar Candle: approx. 50 hours Materials Each candle is hand painted with non-toxic water-based paint that burns along with the wax. Ivory/White Candles: unscented wax (palm Oil free & 0% animal fat) Coloured Candles: unscented wax (paraffin wax, rapeseed oil, & a tiny amount of stearin) Safety For the best burn experience, please follow all safety measures & make sure you have working smoke alarms in your home: 1. Ensure your candle is placed on a heat-safe surface, & placed in a fire-resistant candle holder 2. Keep candles away from other table centrepieces & styling elements 3. Before each burn, we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 in length 4. Use a snuffer or spoon to put out candles 5. Do not allow wick trimmings, dust, or other materials to accumulate in the wax pool. Remove any material from the previous burn. 6. For longevity, allow the candle to burn until the wax pool melts all the way to the edge on the first use (for large pillar candles this may take several hours). This will create a 'memory burn', which will help the candle to continue to burn evenly for future burns & prevent tunnelling. 7. Keep large pillar candles away from drafts. Drafts can disrupt the formation of the wax pool & cause uneven burning.
