This handmade Story Goddess carries the energy of Ix Chel the Mayan goddess of midwifery, healing, & the moon. She is cast in resin & colored with a hand-blended sparkly green mica pigment with rich, abundant gold sparkles & a delicate gold shimmer. Her silver-tone belt carries a green/yellow glass bead to symbolize healing, protection, & spiritual connection, & a gold-tone & enamel dragonfly charm. Note: color of the dragonfly wings will vary (just like nature!). It also holds a silver-tone jar charm, symbolic of Ix Chel's classic portrayal as bearing a water jug with which she pours out the healing waters. The belt is removable & can be interchanged with any of the other belts in our Story Goddess collection. This goddess is meant to be a companion goddess, to travel with you, to share your experiences & stories, & to bless your spaceyour desk, your greenhouse, your office, your pocket, with her power & essence.
