How to Personalise Your Frame Select your desired frame size & customisation mode (A, B, or C). After ordering, please send us a message immediately via Etsy Conversations with: Your chosen Mode letter. All digital photos required for your mode (please ensure they are high-resolution). Any text you wish to be engraved (for Modes B & C). For Mode C: Please inform us of the width of the collar you plan to hang so we can ensure a proper fit. We will send you a digital proof for final approval before production begins. For Mode C, confirming the collar placement is especially important.
