They are filled with 100% duck feathers. They are a great quality for the price & hold up well to much use. You can machine wash & dry these pillow forms. DO NOT DRY CLEAN. The polyester fiberfill insert has polyester filling & a polyester cover. BE SURE TO FLUFF THESE UP AFTER RECEIVING THEM AS THEY ARE ROLLED UP FOR SHIPPING You can use these forms to stuff a 20 x 20 pillow cover but they work best for an 18 x 18. A standard rule of thumb is to always use a pillow form/insert that is at least 1 to 2 larger for pillow cases in order to have a full look in your finished pillow. WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Tumble dry after washing until the filling is completely dry. Machine wash, hot, normal cycle. Use of the normal amount of detergent when washing. Do not bleach.
