This little boat is made entirely by hand by black scrap. Welded, hammered black sheet metal - rough work with elegant impression :) He is skating by hand with chemical processes, not with paints. in this way he has a unique & unrepeatable look. On top it has a layer of acrylic varnish to give it more protection. The deep frame is made of old oak wood - it was part of the roof of a 200-year-old barn that fell ... The wood is trated of old technology entirely by hand & preserved with wax & linseed oil. Is treated against woodworm, decontaminated. Entirely eco-friendly materials & technologies, using natural preservatives. The metal boat can be removed from the wooden frame. in the pictures you can see how this is done :) N.B. Since everything is done by hand, the object you are going to receive, may have certain differences to the you see in the photos! The wood can also be different, because each piece has its own characteristics :) Be careful! Although I do my best to smooth all the edges, there is still some roughness, it's tin & wire, after all. Keep in mind, that in spite of the acryllic varnish, the edges of the iron objects are still able to rust. This is not a defect, but an Effect! Depending on the place you keep them, & the athmospheric conditions your flower could rust more or less. The more moisture - the more rust.
