Quilling or paper filigree is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, & glued together to create decorative designs. The flower decoration is double sealed (front & back) with a non-toxic paper sealer that acts like a glue , sealer & finish. The sealer makes the decoration very strong ,protects it ( will not fade or gather oils from the air) & gives it a shiny ,glossy look. To clean the decoration just dust it . Dimension : 20 inches diameter. Ready to be hanged. Taking in consideration the nature of the hand work ,the flower you'll receive will be slightly different from the one pictured.
