It is molded in Pellucida, our proprietary compound of resins that resembles bisque porcelain, but is more durable. Then airbrushed. The piece stands 7 inches high & is about 9 inches long. It is SIGNED & comes with a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. PLEASE NOTE; elephants walk with their feet almost in line, as this sculpture depicts. Consequently it is not as stable as the version with a base & best kept on a shelf or side-table, rather than on a coffee table where it could easily be knocked over by children or pets.
