Expect characterful details such as cracks, scuffs, open grain, saw marks, old nail holes, hammer indents, & even traces of historic paint or rust. These quirks are what make each table unique. Because the timber is reclaimed, surfaces may not be perfectly flat, & some unevenness is to be expected; this is part of the design & what makes our coffee tables stand out from large manufactured alternatives. Each & every one is handmade! As such, unstable items like wine glasses may not sit flat in certain areas, so coasters are advised. As this is natural wood, over time, it may naturally adjust to your home's environment, developing small movements or gaps between planks all part of the authentic reclaimed wood experience. Each piece of our salvaged wood is totally individual, meaning colour, texture, & grain will vary from table to table. Images shown in the gallery are indicative only & can differ slightly in shade & finish. Delivery & Returns We offer free delivery to UK Mainland addresses within 8-10 working days of your order being completed. This is due to the item being made to order, specifically for you! For non-Mainland or remote areas (such as certain parts of Scotland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, & Northern Ireland), a surcharge applies please contact us for a tailored quote. in the unlikely event that you find the character of the reclaimed wood is not for you, we are happy to accept returns & offer a full refund.
